Review collection

Ask your happy customers for a review, every time, without relying on anyone remembering to do it.

A business that never asks only hears from the unhappy few: they are the ones motivated enough to write. Restoring the balance takes no trick, just a regular ask at the right moment.

The right moment, not the next day

The request goes out when the customer has just been served and the satisfaction is still fresh: when the keys are handed back, at the end of the job, as they leave the appointment. After forty-eight hours, response rates collapse.

We plug the sending into the way you already work, not the other way round. Depending on the case: an export from your management software, a manual send at the end of the day, or a simple QR code on the counter.

SMS, e-mail, QR code

SMS gets the best results and remains the main channel. E-mail takes over when you don't have a phone number. The QR code catches walk-in customers you have no details for.

The message carries your name and your tone, and links straight to the Google review form — one tap, not a journey.

No gating, no buying

We never insert a questionnaire designed to divert unhappy customers before they reach Google. That practice, known as review gating, is prohibited by Google's terms of service.

And we obviously never buy reviews. The penalty — removal of all your reviews, or even suspension of your profile — would fall on you, not on us.
