Who processes your data

What we collect, and why

Audit or contact requests

Business name, contact name, e-mail address, phone number, city, industry, profile link and free-text message. This data is used to handle your request and to reply to you.

• Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request
• Retention: 3 years from the last contact

Customers under contract

Billing data, contact details of your representatives, data relating to the locations we manage and the reviews we handle. This data is used to perform the service.

• Legal basis: performance of the contract
• Retention: for the term of the contract, then 10 years for accounting records

Recipients of review campaigns

When you entrust us with the contact details of your own customers in order to send review requests, we act as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. You remain the data controller and must have a legal basis for those messages. This data is deleted no later than 90 days after sending.

Processors

We use technical service providers for hosting the website and the database, and for sending e-mails and SMS messages. All of them are located in the European Union or offer safeguards compliant with the GDPR. The detailed list is available on request.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
• We do not use any advertising trackers on this website.
• We do not make any solely automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Write to bonjour@avislocalpro.fr: we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
